These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations and offers from www.casa-4travellers.com

Hereinafter simply Casa 4Travellers.

1. USE

Each house can be occupied only by the number of persons agreed upon, as indicated in the specifications for each room. Guests are not authorized to allow any external person to use the house or to use it for a different purpose.

2. RESERVATIONS

Reservations are made based on the availability on this website (www.casa-4travellers.com) and will only be taken into consideration if made by persons aged 18 or over.

All guests are required to respect the rules established byCasa 4Travellerson the use of common areas. Reservations are made by accessing our website. Specifying a check-in and check-out date, selecting the accommodation you most desire, including any extra options provided.

To complete the reservation, you will need to enter some data. If you wish to receive an invoice, the billing information must be entered already during the reservation phase.

Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a summary email to the address indicated. In the event that, at the time of booking, bugs and/or technical errors should occur, the reservation will not be considered completed and we will take care of informing you promptly. In this case, it will be necessary to make the reservation again andCasa 4Travellersdeclines any responsibility that may arise from this.

3. PRICES FOR THE STAY

The rates for accommodation and services are displayed at the time of booking through our online booking system and vary according to the season. In addition to the accommodation price, each guest—excluding children under 12 years of age—is required to pay a tourist tax directly to the property, as specified below.

4. TOURIST TAX

Those staying in accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Cuglieri are required to pay a tourist tax. The tax must be paid to the manager of the accommodation facility where you book. The tourist tax inCasa 4Travellersis: €1,- per night per person and will be paid in cash directly at the facility (even in the case of prepaid rates). Children up to 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.

5. PAYMENT METHODS& DEPOSIT

Booking Confirmation: A bank transfer of 30% of the total booking is required as final confirmation.

Cash deposit to be paid on arrival €150,-
-The deposit will be returned when having completed your stay at our property without damage.
-The deposit may be retained in full or in part to cover the cost of repairs for any damages to the property or its contents that occurred during the stay.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY (Refundable rate)

The request to cancel the reservation must be communicated via email to the address mail@casa-4travellers.com or by accessing the link contained in the email you received during the booking phase.

In case of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable toCasa 4Travellers, the Customer will still be required to pay the following amounts:

-30–0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE (CHECK IN and CHECK OUT)

The house can be occupied on the day of arrival after 17:00 (5pm). On the agreed day of departure, it must be vacated by 10:00 (10am). If there are special needs regarding the arrival and departure times, please contact the property directly or indicate it in the notes during the booking process.

8. HOUSE RULES

-No pets allowed

-No smoking

-No parties or events allowed

9. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS

Any defects noted by guests or complaints regarding the property must be reported immediately to the owners.
