Each rental house are situated in the peaceful historic centre of the village, offering stunning views. Our holiday houses are just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria della Neve. The area is lush with greenery, featuring charming gardens and picturesque small streets.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming garden. The ground floor boasts a spacious kitchen, while the first floor features a living room (which can also be used as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Additionally, Casa Melograno provides a WiFi hotspot for internet access.

The Space
Casa Melograno has been carefully renovated by us with great attention to detail. Please note that the house is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, as the stairs do not have a banister and the top-floor bedroom is accessed via a ladder.
The house is heated by a wood-burning stove, with warm air distributed throughout to keep every room comfortable, even during the colder seasons. Firewood is provided for an additional charge of €6,- per day.
